Sonic Youth T-shirt

This is the first T-shirt design we printed for Sonic Youth.  They had a surplus of shirts with just the black image on the white tees.  They shipped them to us and we added the spirals and stars to the front.  The backs featured large images of little-known actresses who appeared in that year's Hot Issue of Rolling Stone: Ms. Wynona Ryder and Ms. Uma Thurman.  The bill was printed over their faces: Sonic Youth, Mudhoney, Laughing Hyenas and Old Skull.
